Another cause is the abuse of medicines such as antibiotics, painkillers, and vitamins, which would weaken the stomach and give rise to reduced stomach resistance. There is also nurturing of cancer by taking various vitamins over the years.
All these would eventually lead to stomach cancer. Many patients think their cancer is out of misfortune, but it is more than that.
If you want to prevent stomach cancer, please my following advice:
Eat meals at fixed hours and amount.
Have desserts only occasionally.
Keep a good mood during mealtime.
Stay away from the abuse of alcohol, drugs, and coffee.
With these simple measures, you will prevent gastric cancer from happening.
For someone who already had this disease, please do not panic and seek help from a good TCM doctor, who will cure it within two weeks. If he is not sure of the result, ask him to tell the truth because it is a matter of life and death.
Once again, it is understandable that people may die of fear, ignorance, or by accident, but they should never die of illnesses caused by wrong treatment.

Cold is a serious issue. The U.S. federal government has spent numerous dollars and invested countless resources in medical research. But still, no cure has been found for a single disease, not even the simple cold.
The cold/flu vaccine was created to prevaricate the public from the poor result, claiming to prevent colds/flu. In fact, many still caught a cold despite the shot, and some even died after the injection of vaccines.
People continue to get colds after the vaccination. The so-called cold vaccine is simply a big scam.
On the other hand, T.C.M. has been curing colds since about 2,000 years ago. As long as one could study the ‘Treatise on Febrile Diseases‘ well, you can quickly treat a cold.
It was mentioned in the ‘Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor‘- The beginning of all diseases arises from the wind, which is the cold’s primary cause.
So the T.C.M. classic stated that if colds could be cured, all other ailments would be nipped in the bud.
This is similar to the W.M. theory that the human immune system could help fight cancer. However, W.M. has yet to propose any method to strengthen immunity.
On the contrary, many W.M. treatments would harm the immune system, such as antibiotics, chemotherapy, and radiotherapy.
The weaker the immunity, the more likely it is to catch a cold, and the more antibiotics prescribed. With such a vicious cycle, the human life span would be shortened for sure.
In T.C.M., the cold is divided into three stages. The first is the Taiyang syndrome, where the illness still stays on the human body’s surface. Here we should use drugs for relieving the Exterior Disorder, i.e., diaphoretic.
The second is the Shaoyang syndrome, where viruses stay in the endocrine or lymphatic system. We would use the reconciliatory drug that can expel the viruses via the urine.
The third is the Yangming syndrome, where viruses stay in the large and small intestines and cause constipation. We would use a cathartic prescription at this time to remove viruses from the feces.
These logical rules of treatment from above were established 2,000 years ago.
I often mention to my patients that if a doctor can’t even cure a simple cold, how could he cure cancer? It’s like a contractor who cannot even pain a wall; how could you expect him to build a whole house?

The heart controls the menstrual cycle. In the thousands of years’ TCM records and research of the heart, there was no record of such issues as cardiac valvular insufficiency defined by the WM.
These heart conditions happen in modern times mainly due to excessive taking of Western medicines developed by pharmaceutical companies, such as antibiotics, painkillers, many controlling drugs, female hormones, and even vitamin E, all of which can hurt the heart.
But in their advertising, vitamin E is being advocated as capable of preventing heart diseases.
When the heart is harmed, insomnia would initially arise. WM does not know that insomnia is mainly caused by Western medicines’ side effects, domestic troubles, or depression.
So WM would prescribe sleeping pills or anti-depressive drugs for insomnia patients, making things even worse and bringing more damage to the heart.
Eventually, due to a lack of energy in the heart, breast milk can not completely transport to the uterus. After the menstrual period, there will still be residual milk in the breast, which will accumulate every month.
According to ‘Suwen,’ a TCM classic, emotions can affect people’s physiological cycle.
In the past, Chinese women were primarily confined at home, which is pretty depressing, so they were prone to breast cancer.
Although that’s no longer the case for modern women, the ever-lasting pressure from life and work would make them worry, coupled with the toxins of Western medicines, the heart becomes even more vulnerable.

According to the Meridian theory, there are a total of 11 meridians converging at the breast. With so many complicated meridians gathered here, naturally, diseases are easy to arise, and with different causes.
The breast is like an intersection joined by 11 roads, but with only one traffic light- the heart, no wonder it is prone to accidents and problems.
Based on TCM theory, breast milk and menstruation are the two sides of one coin.
There are two direct pieces of evidence.
First, ask any mother if she has menstruation during breastfeeding, and the answer would be ‘No.’ During breastfeeding, there is no menstruation.
Has it ever occurred to you that breast milk and menstruation could be from the same source, so when milk is produced, menstruation is gone?
Secondly, according to the WM theory, menstruation is the excreted unfertilized egg from the body.
However, there is no egg entering the uterus after ligation, yet why is the menstruation still present?
From these two pieces of evidence, it can be proved that menstruation and breast milk are from the same origin, but not menstruation and eggs.

TCM is peculiar in its fight against viruses. Regardless of the type of the virus, TCM first assesses symptoms of invasion of these viruses into the body, such as dizziness, thirst, fever, etc. and determines attributes of the disease (Yin and Yang, Cold and Heat, etc.) based on the symptoms, then treat the symptoms according to these attributes. So when the viruses die the disease would heal. Therefore, from the TCM perspective, there is no need to worry about updated variant of future viruses. Whenever a new virus appears, we can alwaystreat it using the same principle.
TCM treatment is usually achieved by changing internal environment (adjusting Yin, Yang and Five Elements). Therefore, eventually it is the body’s self-healing power that cures adisease. During the past few decades, Western Medicine has been studying various antibiotics to fight cold viruses. But viruses would also adapt to fight against these new antibiotics. In the end, no drugs will be left to use. This is a war that will never end.
Typhoid fever is like an unexpected catastrophe. You can’t predict when it will happen to an individual. We can only try to keep warm, enhance human immunity, and not let chill invade the body. If chill had already invaded, it must be handled properly. There’s no need to take antibiotics each time, or the chill will become source of all diseases. When prescription of the TaiYang Disease is used to treat a cold, the speed could be very fast. I once knew a friend who was a pharmacist who was very interested in TCM and even got an American TCM license. I asked him: “Do you take Western medicine or Chinese medicine when catching a cold?” He looked at me surprisingly: “How can TCM treat cold?”
Nowadays many doctors of TCM still take Western medicine to treat a cold, the reason is they do not understand the basic TCM classic – “Treatise on Febrile Diseases”.
A male J, about 35 years old, Chinese. One day he had a fever with sore body and cough. The fever still persisted after taking Western medicine, and coughing became even more severe. After three days of torment, he came to see me. After giving him a dose of “Daqing Dragon Soup”, the fever was completely gone within about 30 minutes, so was the feeling of dull pain in his lungs.

1. TCM cannot cure people with unhealthy life style, such as staying up late or even overnight, excessive use of brain, accumulation of stress, depression, drinking ice water, lack of exercise, eating processed foods, excessive take of western medicine, etc.
2. Result of treatment of organic diseases is relatively poor Records exist that TCM could cure severe life-threatening diseases such as cancer, and with great success, but there are some restricting factors:
1) These TCM physicians are limited in number;
2) Some of such experiences are restricted by modern medicine management regulations and cannot be popularized in most places in today’s world. For instance, some prescription have been validated to be very effective in treatment of a variety of medium to advanced cancers; however, because of a crucial yet controversial TCM herb medicine of monkshood, whose toxicity is pretty large by modern standard, the difficulty in populating such prescriptions is tremendous.
(Note: once decocted in water for extended periods of time, the toxicity of monkshood is largely reduced and not comparable with that of crude monkshood, but its curative rationale of ‘counteract one toxin with another’ bear immense efficacy against a multitude of stubborn disease).
As a result, when diseases developed to the stage of organic illnesses, very few TCM physicians possess both ability and condition of treatment to restore patient’s health, while the majority of TCM physicians are powerless under such circumstances.
3. The effect is poor when both Chinese traditional medicine (CTM) and Western medicine (WM) are taken at the same time
It has long been the author’s observation that treatment effect is generally poor on patients who take both CTM and WM at the same time. The reason is these belong to medicine of two different system, between which conflicts frequently arise.
Modern WM has invented tens of thousands of drugs, the reciprocity among them are often unclear even to researchers of WM; many patients actually die of the resulting side effects every year. The reciprocity between CTM and WM is even less studied, leaving the risk of their combined usage much greater. For example, to treat cold according to “Treatise on Febrile Disease”, if diagnosed and treated properly, normally within 3 days the patient is expected to reach full recovery. But if antibiotics is taken at the same time, sometimes it would last for weeks without recovery.

One should see a TCM doctor when illness is still at its initial stages, but not when the disease has already been confirmed through examination by Western Medicine and symptoms such as hyperthyroidism are already present, or the end phase of a disease; assistance of TCM should be sought when signs or symptoms first appear, such as insomnia, thirst, afraid of cold, fatigue, dizziness and palpitation, etc. In a word, when diseases has not developed into the stage that can be detected by Western Medicine.
Upon encountering a disease, first it is necessary to review personal life style and emotions of the patient, next to see a TCM physician (treatment at the phase of meridian disease), and then see doctor of Western Medicine (treatment at the phase of substantive organs disease) when it is beyond the expertise of TCM. This is the proper order of treatment.
If when minor ailment first appeared, immediately administer anodyne and antibiotics, this can only lead to disease of greater severity, and eventually all medicine would fail to work; this is an extremely irresponsible way of treatment.
What Is True TCM Physician?
In the United States, training of a Western Medicine doctor takes at least 7 years, not to mention years of internship before becoming a doctor. On the other hand, only about 4 years is required for the training of a TCM doctor, and after passing certain exams, one can open practice in many of the states, although they can only be called as ‘acupuncturist’.
There are many authentic TM physicians who master the essence of TCM treatment principles, and are able to treat patients at their fingertips. At the same time TCM physicians do differ greatly in their skill level and area of expertise. So extra caution is needed in the selection of TCM physicians.
Simply put, we should look for doctors whose practice is based on traditional TCM knowledge. In the United States, a large number of TCM physicians were originally doctors of Western Medicine in other countries, but unable to become doctor of Western Medicine in US, and instead became TCM physician after only a few years’ of study. However, because of their familiarity with Western Medicine, they are most welcomed by the U.S. patients.
Naturally their model of treatment is still based on Western Medicine- administering antibiotics to patients with cold, and anodyne to patients with pain; almost no TCM element is involved in their practice.
